Shipping and Handling
Rosies ships from Kansas using USPS priority mail 2-3 day shipping. Shipping is calculated based on your address and package weight. The shipping total will be given at checkout. We also offer international shipping, which is calculated at checkout.
All orders are shipped via United States Post Office, Priority Mail 2-3 day shipping. We process and ship orders very quickly on our end (although there may be some delay during holiday seasons). For domestic orders, once it is shipped it should only take 2-4 days to arrive at your doorstep. For international orders it can take 2-3 weeks, depending on customs. Please call or email us if you haven't received your order after 7 business days for domestic orders, and 30 days for international orders.
Rosies will ship worldwide. However, for our international orders we do not accept exchanges or returns.
No tax is charged on orders going outside of California. Within the state of California, there will be a 7.75% tax added to your purchase. Tax will be calculated and added to your order at checkout.

Product Descriptions and Color
Every care has been taken to insure that product descriptions and specifications are accurate. However, while the on-screen colors are an excellent representation, there may be slight variations due to browser settings.
Garment Shrinkage Information
We do not offer refunds or exchanges based on garment shrinkage.
- Our Classic Overalls/Coveralls: are made with 100% cotton. The fabric is a Brushed Twill Weave. This garment will shrink about 3-5%.
- Our Professional Overalls: are made with a blend of 60% Polyester and 40% Cotton. You can expect a shrinkage rate of .5-2%.
- Our Light-Weight and Denim Coveralls/ Overalls: are made with a loose Plain Weave and may shrink up to 3% in bust and hem. The weave will loosen as it is worn. You can be tug on the garment while wet to regain length throughout the garment.
You can expect your Cotton Overall/Coverall to shrink between 3-5%, depending on how you choose to wash your garment. We recommend following the care instructions on the care label located on the inside of your garment: machine wash on cold, wash dark colors separately, no bleach, tumble dry on low or line dry.
Rosies does not disclose buyer’s information to third parties. The data collected by this site is used to:
- Take and fulfill customer orders.
- Administer and enhance the site and service.
- Only disclose information to third parties for goods delivery purposes.
- Credit Card data is only used for payment processing and not kept or saved on web server

If you are unhappy with your order, for any reason, you may return it within 30 days for a full refund of the product cost. Items must be returned unwashed and unworn, or a 20% restocking fee may be taken out of your refund. Also, we understand that many of our Rosies customers are animal lovers (we are too!) but, please try and keep that pet hair away from your work wear if you plan on returning them. International orders and items that were purchased on sale are ineligible for refund or exchange.
After the 30 day window, your order may still be returned for an exchange or store credit. Exchanges must be returned unwashed, unworn, and in the original condition.
For an exchange or refund you pay for shipping back to Rosies. Rosies will pay shipping back to you during an exchange. To return/exchange an item, simply fill out the form on the back of your shipping invoice and mail it back with your package. No need to contact us or call. We have found that USPS is often the least expensive method for shipping packages. Items may be returned in the envelope/package they were shipped in, just be sure to cover the old shipping label and securely tape them.
Occasionally orders get mixed up or garments have a defect. In that case, we will gladly reimburse your shipping back to us, with apologies!
Please contact us if you find a manufacturer’s defect on your garment within the first 60 days, after normal wear and tear. Our policy will cover manufacturing issues such as seams, buckles, or something that was put together incorrectly. In most cases, we will reimburse the cost of having it repaired, or it may be returned for repair (which usually takes 60 days to be returned to you). Our policy will not cover rips in the fabric as a result of snagging it or wearing it thin since this is a typical reaction of cotton. We use a heavy grade of cotton twill to prevent this from occurring but they are still cotton (not rip-stop polyester). We prefer to provide breathable natural fabrics rather than synthetics.

Detailed Security Features
For security and liability reasons our Cart does not store credit card data. This is always passed off to the payment gateway/processor – Stripe. You can shop at www.rosiesworkwear.com online with confidence. We use Stripe to offer safe and secure credit card and electronic check transactions for our customers.
Stripe has been audited by a Payment Card Industry (PCI)-certified auditor and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1. This is the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
