Shipping and Handling

The shipping charges are calculated during the checkout process and will be displayed before payment is taken.

Delivery Schedule

Orders are shipped via UPS and/or USPS. Expect arrival of your purchase within 5-7 working days. Please contact Rosies if you have not received your purchase within 10 days of placing your order.

Tax Charges

No tax is charged on orders going outside of California. Within the state of California, there will be a 8.75% tax added to your purchase. Tax will be calculated and added to your order at checkout.

Every care has been taken to insure that product descriptions and specifications are accurate. However, while the on-screen colors are an excellent representation, there may be slight variations due to browser settings.

Returns Policy

If you are in anyway unhappy with you order, you may return it within 15 days for a refund or exchange, provided it is in perfect condition, unworn and in the original packaging. Please retain proof of purchase. We regret we do not offer free postage on returned products. However, we will refund your postage where goods are found to be faulty. Please call Customer Service (866-767-4344) to obtain an RA number (return authorization number). Refund will be processed on receipt of goods.
